Summary The team practices agile, and the role is expected to be a hands-on senior single contributor, able to 'triple-up' as PM, BA, and PMO - i.e. independently driving delivery of projects while interfacing between Tech & Business, gathering of business requirements, and even the projects' budget/forecasting costs/risk of these projects. Job Requirements The ideal candidate should process a both technical and digital background, agile methodologies expertise. Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems and stakeholder management. Proven Experience in project/program management,technical delivery. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Experience in working on Digital transformation programs. Proficient in agile methodologies and project management tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong technical background, with knowledge of banking system, data analysis and technology implementation. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions. Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire cross -functional team to achieve project objectives. This is a high-profile team with much visibility among senior tech & ops leadership.
