Administrative Duties
Manage office supplies and equipment to maintain workplace functionality
Handle mail/courier, correspondence, and scheduling meetings
Maintain proper documentation and filing of all records
Oversee general office administrative tasks
Human Resources Responsibilities
Manage employee database and personnel files
Perform HR administrative functions including:
Recruitment
Processing work passes
Preparing appointment/confirmation letters
Leave management
Payroll management
Handle all insurance matters (e.g. work injury compensation, public liability)
Financial Management
Oversee financial operations with Finance Manager
Prepare and submit financial reports
Provide financial strategies and advice on investment activities
Ensure timely financial audits and handle audit compliance
Manage budgets and cash flow
Additional Responsibilities
Liaise with external vendors regarding accounts matters
Prepare and submit government survey returns and other required reports
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Communicate effectively with managers and employees across the organization
This role requires a combination of strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate would likely need at least 4-5 years of experience in HR and administrative functions, along with a diploma or degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, HR Management, or Finance
