Our client is seeking a Programme Manager to join their team on a contract basis. This role is an exciting opportunity to act as a liaison between leadership and cross-functional teams, driving strategic initiatives and managing special projects. You will be instrumental in optimising internal processes, workflows, and systems to improve efficiency and productivity across teams. What you'll do:

As a Programme Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving the company's strategic initiatives forward. You will be responsible for managing special projects that include market expansion and operational improvements. • Act as a liaison between leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and effective execution of strategic initiatives.
• Drive and manage special projects, including market expansion, operational improvements, and stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare presentations, reports, meeting minutes and updates for executive meetings and external stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure programme success.
• Optimise internal processes, workflows, and systems to improve efficiency and productivity across teams.
• Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization to foster collaboration and teamwork.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Programme Manager position brings a wealth of experience in program/project management, operations or strategy roles. Your educational background in Business Administration or Engineering coupled with your industry experience in data centres or technology gives you an edge. Your strong project management skills have been honed by managing complex cross-functional programs. Your excellent communication skills enable you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels within an organisation. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years in program/project management, operations, or strategy roles.
• Experience in the data centre or technology industry is preferred.
• Strong project management skills, with experience managing complex, cross-functional programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering results.
