Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, Business, Marketing or related field
• 6+ years’ experience working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting firms and demonstrated execution skills required
• Effective and creative problem solving, decision-making and presentation skills
• Experience working effectively with XFN teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)
• Experience managing multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details
• Experience communicating, collaborating and working effectively on a team
• Ability to confidently present to build ongoing relationships with external clients
• Strong analytical skills and experience
• Ability to manage clients whose usual business language is English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the digital advertising (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, CRM)
• Understanding of the telco and mobile app technology industry and the mobile app ecosystems
• Experience with data visualization tools or analysis tools
• Extensive experience as a Meta user and familiarity with Meta’s ad solutions

● Coordinate daily front of the house and back of the house restaurant operations;

● Deliver superior service and maximise customer satisfaction;

● Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints;

● Regularly review product quality and research new vendors;

● Organise and supervise shifts;

● Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity;

● Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products;

● Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations;

● Manage restaurant’s brand image and continuously progress to improve it;

● Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste;

● Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses;

● Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events;

● Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads);

● Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices;

● Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations; and

● Any other duties as required by the Company or management.
