Influencer Expert:

• Develop and strategize influencer marketing approach for the brand
• Analyse Influencer data to align with business goals and propose actionable interventions

• Identify competitive and landscape content trends using available tools & map Influencer trends and recommend strategies

Amazon Expert:

• Develop comprehensive Amazon advertising strategies to deliver business goals
• Design campaigns on Monthly basis with the Brand team
• Manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
• Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize performance and achieve KPIs.
• Analyze campaign data to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as sales, ROI, ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sales), and customer acquisition cost.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform future campaigns.
• Collaborate with the brand team to ensure Amazon advertising strategies are integrated with overall marketing initiatives.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Experience in managing multi market campaigns (globally / regionally)

The procurement manager is responsible for the Procurement and Logistics Team. Market Research and Analysis

• Collaborate with other group office functions to develop research and insights and identify opportunities that are customer led and align to Company, brand and Distribution strategy

Proposition Strategy

Strategy development:

• Develop external network with consultants, reinsurers and research houses to identify key and upcoming trends across the consumer segments, HNW, Middle class Affluent and mass
• Provide and analyse reports to monitor the success of propositions launched and make recommendations to management following the identification of trends.
• Support initiatives to increase awareness of unmet insurance needs of customers, i.e. customers who prefer online insurance purchase, and devise strategies and solutions in responding to their unmet needs. This includes increasing insurance purchases as well as cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Provide reporting, plans, presentations as required to support adhoc projects
• Work with external third parties to identify and source potential value added services to support customer led propositions
• Work with internal stakeholders to drive AI solutions to improve e2e propositions for local markets

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Degree holder e.g. MBA, CFA or actuarial qualification (graduates in business, strategy or management would be an advantage).
• Over 10 years of experience in insurance and financial services specializing in consultancy, product development, customer engagement or customer journey management
• Working experience in a regional office with proven track record of leading and delivering regional initiatives to countries would be an advantage.
• Experience of working with a highly entrepreneurial and rapidly growing start-up/ e-commerce businesses
• Consultancy experience in financial services would be an advantage
• Working experience in a multi-cultural environment would be an advantage

(A) Principle duties and responsibilities

• Manage, supervise and lead the compliance team, setting clear objectives and providing ongoing training

• Holding a Master's degree or MBA is a plus
• 3+ years of work experience in business integration, project technology implementation

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Operations Manager to join the team. This role is crucial in optimizing the operations of company asset's equipment and systems, managing tenancy matters, and leading special projects to enhance our operations. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for negotiating and managing building maintenance service contracts, planning and budgeting for the development's operations, and leading the Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize the operations of the asset's equipment and systems.
• Identify, initiate, and execute special projects to improve and enhance operations.
• Attend to tenancy matters, including handling tenants' requests, feedback, and conducting inspections for the handing and taking over of tenanted premises.
• Negotiate and manage effective building maintenance service contracts.
• Plan and budget for the development's operations, ensuring that building works are carried out accordingly.
• Lead and supervise the Operations team, including Senior/Building Executives and Senior/Technicians.
• Liaise with government bodies, consultants, architects, and contractors on building matters.
• Develop staff potential and review training needs for the M&E and Housekeeping departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, focusing on safety, security, and staff welfare.
• Ensure timely submission of management reports, budgets, and ad hoc reports.

Key Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Property Development/Real Estate Management or an equivalent field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in a related field, with a preference for experience in the retail sector.
• Experience in property/real estate management is preferred.
• Certification as an Environmental Control Officer for Specified Premises is a plus.
