Key Responsibilities

· With a primary role in delivery management, you will be responsible for the project technical delivery and quality assurance of the team’s delivery in conformance to the Bank-defined software delivery methodology and tools. Key Requirements:

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

· At least 15 + years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.

Essential:

· Past technical and delivery experience, preferably in a retail banking or wholesale or business banking environment.

· Have managed team size between 5 and 10

· Experience in SDLC/ Agile delivery (SCRUM)

· Directly lead and manage a team of technical teams.

· Understand and adhere to bank processes such as project governance, change control management etc...

· Ability to manage complex, time-sensitive deployment queues with other teams in the bank.

• Diploma or Degree in Business/Commerce/Retail Marketing or its equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of FMCG experience in Sales/Marketing
• Strong in account management and negotiation
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin to deal with stakeholders at all levels
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications
• Successful sales track record as well as strong key account management

My client is a reputable firm with strong global presence and they are hiring a Senior FP&A Manager / VP level for a to lead a cross-border financial planning and analysis team.

This role involves overseeing financial performance reporting, conducting in-depth variance analysis, managing SGX reporting materials, and driving the annual budget and forecasting processes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in Group FP&A and corporate finance, with strong financial modeling skills from MNC environment (logistics/ manufacturing) background will be ideal.
