Key Responsibilities

• Contribute directly to COMPANY’s (and GROUP’s) Sales Revenue, Profitability and Manage clients’ expectations

Main Responsibilities:

• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Keep up with the latest market and industry development landscape, define the company market positioning strategy, work closely with the company leadership and cross functional management team to design and execute the company’s business strategy
• Identify and develop top tie construction companies at each region/country especially specialized in the geotechnical market

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelors degree with Engineering background, Civil / Geotechnical Engineering preferably
• At least 8 years' experience in project management, client relationship management,engineering, and / or a business development role, preferably in a construction industry
• Strong personality, goal-minded and proactive approach to teamwork, development of relationships, and a tenacity to seek out all possible opportunities
• Ability to work independently to develop the business delivery role, increasing the customer base
• Comfortable with travelling to Asia countries.
• Proficiency in English language and Japanese language is a must, to communicate and connect with Japanese clients.

Procurement: 

• To help in procurement process of pets including sourcing for suppliers, selection of pets and logistics.
• Inventory products and order new supplies.

Customer service: 

• Maintain and monitor high standards for customer service.
• Maintaining a membership sales culture within the location.
• Responding to customer inquiries or complaints with urgency in a timely manner.

AVA and Authority Guidelines:

•  To ensure all protocols, licensing and compliance of animal care are followed according to Government guidelines.
• Monitoring operations to ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, or hygiene standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
