Aethir is seeking a Project Manager to support our fast-growing company in building scalable, decentralized cloud infrastructure for gaming and AI companies. As Project Manager you will work closely with the Cofounder & CEO to drive the company's strategic vision and coordinate cross-functional initiatives. You will support Aethir in helping to develop and communicate our strategy, ensuring that all members of the team are working effectively and efficiently towards our goals. Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary coordinator for the cofounders, CEO, and other senior leaders of the company
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
• Monitor and report on key business metrics, including financial and operational performance
• Assist in the development and implementation of company strategy and annual planning
• Lead and support cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment and integration across the organization
• Manage and optimize key operational processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Define tasks and activities, assigning responsibilities to team members
• Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Support the CEO in preparing for and attending board meetings and investor interactions
• Communicate the company's priorities and progress to internal stakeholders and external partners

• 2+ years of experience working in management consulting, investment banking or professional services
• 6+ years of experience working in high-paced development environment as an assistant or coordinator
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, strategic thinker
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in project management or program management
• Ability to distil complex information into clear and concise presentations
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Fluency in English required, fluency in Mandarin highly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team in implementing the onboarding plan, ensuring alignment with project goals and maintaining high user satisfaction.
• Manage and influence user expectations based on predefined requirements and collected information.
• Plan and strategize user onboarding activities according to project deliverable timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business and vendors regarding user onboarding activities.
• Collaborate with other project teams to establish a unified onboarding approach based on the rollout plan.
• Ensure onboarding activities adhere to execution timelines and meet business and technical requirements.
• Monitor team adherence to delivery management standards and track progress regularly.
• Anticipate, manage, and resolve issues, acting as the primary contact for the testing, deployment, and onboarding team.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent with 6 to 8 years of relevant working experience in project delivery and implementation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills to manage multiple stakeholders, including business users, project teams, and vendors.
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Primary Objective

• Provide leadership and management of the branch

Key Responsibilities

Financials – Cost Management, Wealth Sales & Business Development

• Manage and accountable for the Branch Wealth Sales and costs management.
• Develop, implement business plan to support sales activities to achieve the Retail Banking financial performance and targets.
• Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to develop appropriate relationships with the local business community to raise RHBSG profile and presence.
• Maintain awareness and keep abreast of competitor activities and industry best practices.

Customer Engagement & Service Excellence

• Monitor the Branch service quality by ensuring the branch traffic, Q-time and other service indictors are met.
• Drive service initiatives and create a customer-centric culture among the team.
• Deepen customer relationship with the bank and increase share of wallet by promoting and cross-selling of RHBSG banking services and solutions.
• Deal with and resolve customer issues arising efficiently.
• Recommend and ensure appropriate actions are put in place to deliver a pleasant customer experience
• Uphold customer focus and high standards of service set by the Bank.

Talent Management and Development

• Lead, manage and be responsible for the hiring and retention of high performing services teams

• Design and maintain financial models and templates to support planning, forecasting and budgeting for geographies in AP. 
• Consolidate submissions from Geographies and Function Finance Business partners for Business reviews, forecast, budget. Collaborate with FBPs and Corporate Finance to ensure deliverables are completed in a timely manner
• Review forecast and budget submissions and perform independent challenge to improve accuracy of forecasts. Analyze trends and ability to provide point of view to Finance management if required
• Provide support to improve efficiency and effectiveness of forecasting processes and management through partnering with relevant stakeholders
• Perform adhoc analysis for management. Proactively identify and communicate business implications of analysis and ability to simplify and present complex issues to stakeholders

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
