Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Lead Generation Strategies:
- Design and execute effective and comprehensive lead-generation campaigns across various digital channels including email, social media, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel effectively
- Develop targeted marketing strategies to attract and convert leads at different stages of the buyer's journey.
Campaign Management and Optimization
- Design and manage campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver measurable results.
- Create compelling and conversion-focused content landing pages, email campaigns, and social media posts.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Use insights from data analysis to optimize campaigns, improve conversion rates, and achieve lead generation targets.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Content Creation and Optimization
- Collaborate and develop with the content team to create compelling content tailored to target audiences to attract and convert potential leads, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars.
- Optimize content for SEO to enhance visibility and organic traffic.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Manage and optimize SEM campaigns to ensure high ROI and effective budget utilization.
- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and other performance analyses to refine and improve marketing strategies.
CRM and Marketing Automation:
- Manage and optimize CRM and marketing automation systems to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Implement and refine lead scoring and nurturing processes to improve conversion rates.
Social Media Strategy and Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Engage with the online community, respond to inquiries, and foster relationships with potential clients.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality and follow-up processes.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Provide regular updates and insights to sales on campaign performance and lead behavior.
Budget Management:
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and report on spending against budget.
Industry Trend Monitoring:
- Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Implement new tools and techniques to improve lead generation efforts.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing with a strong emphasis and focus on lead generation.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful lead generation campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing).
- Experience in B2B or B2C marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
