About the job
As an Account Executive, you'll join our growing APJ sales team to continue accelerating growth. You'll drive new business sales and collaborate with our global teams including our Sales Development Representatives, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success Managers. What you’ll do:
- Manage a team of CSMs across APJ
- Proactively recruit, enable, and retain a high performing team in alignment with the Contentsquare spirit. You inspire, coach and engage your team to achieve above and beyond their goals.
- You create intimacy amongst team members and business partners to develop an environment of trust where people can grow and thrive.
- Establish and implement a strategic business plan to ensure Contentsquare customers in APJ are consistently receiving value and are renewable.
- Through your team, you deliver the gross retention + net-dollar expansion number for your assigned book of business.
- Coach and develop your team members to become best in class Customer Success Managers
- Drive internal collaboration and open communication between Customer Success, Services, Product, Support and Sales.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Create solid partnerships with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Experienced in people and organization management (+5 years) in APJ market.
- You have the right skills to lead, manage and coach customer-facing teams.
- Demonstrate excellent listening skills, empathy and care of your team and customers.
- SaaS B2B Enterprise Customer Success Management experience in the digital analytics / martech industries
- The role will require a willingness to frequently travel across the region and globally to meet the needs of the job (key customer meetings, regional and global QBR’s etc.)
- Thorough understanding of enterprise account management and show a methodical approach to managing a territory.
- You have a track record of accurate forecasting in a SaaS organization. You lean into the administrative parts of your role.
- Display a Growth Mindset. You possess a curious approach to the business. You embrace continuous learning as a daily practice; you stay current on MarTech and SaaS thought leadership and best practice.
- You are Data Driven with strong business acumen that gives you great execution capabilities
