Job Requirements

1. Master degree , preferably in Banking, Finance, Economics,Business Administration or other related disciplines
2. Working Experience 15 years (or above) of experience in Banks and 10 years (or above) of experience in managerial role.
3. Good command of English and Chinese languages as this role will need frequent communication with China regulatory authorities, Singapore regulatory authorities, clients, internal stakeholders and external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly safety trainings and annual safety drills at the depot. Conduct safety induction course for all new employees and visitors.
• Ensure all safety equipment, machines and tools are checked, serviced and tested as per regulatory requirements and in-house maintenance program.
• Review periodically depot OHSE manual as per stipulated. Suggest updating OHSE requirements include local authorities’ regulations and implement changes accordingly upon Depot Manager’s approval, keeping management informed.
• Review and make recommendation on investigation and risk assessment outcome of safety related incidents, preventive actions and safe work practices.
• Jointly perform risk assessment on new business/depot activities (includes management of change) with relevant department heads and submit to Depot Manager for review and approval.
• Report to local authorities as per regulatory requirement on safety related incidents and keeping management informed.
• Jointly assess and ensure workshop permit systems are valid as per compliance.
• Conduct weekly safety walk and monthly inspection program are conducted as per compliance and rectifications are completed promptly.
• Conduct periodic review of incident trends and effectiveness of safety performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Keep abreast with safety incidents and share with staffs and management and recommend preventive actions.
• Responsible to update Global Safety System and ensure compliance with PEP program.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Grad Diploma, Professional Degree, Chemistry, Engineer (Chemical), Engineering (Environmental/Healthy/Safety), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
• Required to have Certificate for: Manhole Entry, Work At Height Assessor, Confined Space Assessor.
• At least 5 years of working experience in safety related field.
• Preferably managers specializing in Engineering – Chemicals, Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
• WSH Registered Officer.

Job Requirements

• Minimum "N"/"O" Level or Diploma in any discipline.
• Proven experience managing outlets and sales teams.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good business acumen and passion for the beauty/medi-spa industry.
• Ability to hit sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Job Descriptions:

• Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions, ensuring alignment with company needs.
• Negotiate bank terms, manage compliance, and ensure adherence to KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee daily liquidity, manage cash flow forecasting, and ensure sufficient cash availability for operations.
• Propose funding solutions, including debt, equity, and hybrid options, based on company needs and financial goals.
• Explore and assess financing opportunities in the shipping industry.
• Optimize working capital and manage capital market activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Streamline payment workflows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely payments.
• Monitor and manage foreign exchange requirements, providing strategies to mitigate currency risk.
• Implement hedging strategies to manage risks related to interest rates, currency fluctuations, and commodities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards across multiple jurisdictions, working with legal and audit teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field; Master’s or MBA is a plus.
• Professional certifications (CFA, CTP, FMVA) are a bonus.
• 5-10 years of experience in treasury, finance, or related fields.
• Experience managing banking relationships, cash flow, and liquidity.
• Skilled in negotiating terms with banks and financial institutions.
• Knowledge of foreign exchange, hedging, and risk management.
• Experience with capital markets, funding solutions, and working capital.
• Exposure to ship financing is a plus.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proficient in treasury management systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Excel).
• Understanding of financial markets, banking products, and currency.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Attention to detail, especially with compliance and regulations.
• Knowledge of global financial regulations (KYC, AML, tax laws).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
