Position Summary

Under the oversight of the VP and Regional General Manager of the Singapore Office and the Executive Director of Marine & Safety Operations (US) is responsible to manage the Singapore and Australia/New Zealand deployed vessels for Disney Cruise Line covering all aspects of Marine, Safety, Environmental, Port Operations, /Itinerary and emergency management of the vessels.
This position supports both shore side & shipboard marine, safety & environmental operations, training and departmental strategies by ensuring high standards of marine, safety, environmental protection, port operations and crew training are maintained. Along with the development, implementation, and monitoring of policy and procedures both onboard and shore side throughout the region and onboard any company vessels operating within the Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Disney Cruise Line® marine nautical, port, environmental & safety standards for the vessels deployed in Singapore and Australia
• Departmental budgets for areas of responsibility.
• Ensuring that all fleet nautical & safety operational policies and procedures are verified, and the vessels are complying.

Our esteem client is looking for an Project Manager (Infrastructure, Security)/ Customer Service Management

The Project Manager (Infrastructure, Security)/ Customer Service Management must be trained and certified. He/ She must be able to deliver CyberSecurity Projects. The incumbent must be good in managing CyberSecurity Project Planning, Design and Implementation. Prior experience in managing stakeholders and experience in providing consultancy.

Responsibilities:

• Strong in handling IT CyberSecurity Project Management.
• Involved in IT Security Project Design, Planning and Implementation.
• Experience in handling Project Budgeting, Delivery, Scheduling and Management.
• Good in Client, Vendor and Stakeholder Management.
• Handle Project Planning, Scheduling, Delivery and Execution
• Involved in Service Delivery Management.

Requirements:

• Demostrated strong IT Enterprise Project Management experience.
• Proficient in IT Infrastructure Services, Cybersecurity Solutions, Cloud Computing and Systems Integration.
• Experience in managing deployment of IT infrastructure, such as systems & networks and CyberSecurity Solutions.
• Experiences in major IT infrastructure & cybersecurity system updates, upgrades, OS hardening and migrations
• Good in Project Planning, Design, Implementation, Scheduling and P&L.
• Good technical skills in IT Infrastructure, CyberSecurity and IT systems.
• Experience in handling IT Project Management
• Demonstrated Project Management methodologies.
• Good in Vendor and Client Management.
• Demonstrated experience in handling Project Life Cycle.
• Min. 5 years of managing IT CyberSecurity Project Management experience.
• Possess CITPM or PMP certified
• Possess CyberSecurity Certifications.
• Good Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering.

Job Description

• Manage full set of accounts for the business and Japan holding company's needs
• Lead and guide Accounts Team on daily operations (GL, AR, AP, intercompany balances, transactions and cash-flow, staff's claims reimbursements etc.)
• Provide business analysis, consolidation of monthly/quarterly/yearly financial results and support production of yearly budgets and revenue forecast
• Monitor, assess and ensure timely and accurate transaction for closing of monthly/quarterly/ yearly reporting of financial and management reports, as well as prepare financial reports for Japan HQ
• Review package done by subsidiary companies and consolidation report to Japan HQ
• Support communication with Japan HQ and subsidiary companies when required
• Review and support the accounts of subsidiary companies
• Reconcile, process and report all costing, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) activities
• Ensure tasks are carried out in compliance with operating standards, company rules & regulations and statutory requirements
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of statutory reports
• Maintain fixed assets processes and procedures (including disposal, verification and depreciation of fixed assets etc.)
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary etc. on annual statutory audit and tax matters
• Assist in management of transactions related to bonds and fixed deposit
• Handle J-SOX, internal control related queries and reporting required by Japan holding company
• Handle FRS116 accounting and review on new leases
• Handle Company's tax reporting (GST, Corporate tax submission, withholding tax etc.)
• Liaise with HR regarding verification of payroll and CPF matters
• Liaise with respective business units to understand financial information needs in order to work out efficient and effective solutions
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in full set of accounts is required
• Possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy (candidates with CPA or CA certification will be a plus)
• Deliver accurate information for internal and external reporting
• Meticulous, detailed and organized
• Hands-on with sound knowledge in accounting and statutory rules and regulations
• IT savvy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and Oracle NetSuite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in team(s)
• Coach and motivate team to achieve team and company goals as well as individual performance standards
• Possess a high level of discretion and integrity
• Strategic and resourceful with managing the insight to adapt in a fast changing and dynamic environment
• Proactive in finding ways to improve existing work processes to increase efficiency
