The Development Manager will play a key role in supporting the NUS Business School’s strategic fundraising efforts. • Liaise with consultants, owners and relevant authorities on their engineering request.
• Plan and schedule work activities at sites in accordance to master program and ensure work is conducted in a timely and safe manner.
• Supervises Installation Compliance and requirement during the construction stage from start to the completion and handover of the project
• Supervise contractors’ works according to design drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statement and local codes and regulations
• Liaise and work with relevant authorities / subcontractors / clients on shop drawings / equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements and commissioning
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 4 – 6 years of relevant work experience in Plumbing & Sanitary Services
