RESPONSIBILITIES

Administration Manager Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as administration manager

• In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the accounting and admin functions of the Group.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for full set of accounts for the Group including

• Closing of accounts and prepare full sets of accounts within deadlines.
• Timely and accurate reporting of monthly management accounts
• Data entry for purchasing invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Raise payment vouchers and journal vouchers for various disbursements for approval.
• Process claims and address billing issues.
• Monitor monthly cash flows.
• Reconcile all bank accounts monthly.
• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST

Administration

• Provide admin support on day-to-day operations of the office
• Handle procurement activities, including sourcing vendors, quotations and negotiating contracts
• Provide support for additional matters and ad-hoc projects as required by management.
• Office mail managment

Requirements:

• A relevant Diploma or Degree
• At least 3 years working experience in similar role.
• Organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail is a must
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management:Lead and mentor the Field Application Engineering team to achieve technical excellence.
  Allocate resources effectively to meet customer and project needs.
  Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and support for professional growth.
  
• Customer Support:Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key customers.
  Understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
  Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and manage escalations.
  
• Technical Expertise:Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor products.
  Provide guidance on product integration, testing, and optimization.
  Conduct technical training for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  
• Collaboration:Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to align on customer needs and product development.
  Contribute to product roadmap discussions based on market feedback and technical insights.
  
• Documentation and Reporting:Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and technical solutions.
  Prepare regular reports on team activities, customer feedback, and project outcomes.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field application engineering or technical support, with at least 1 years in a managerial role.
• Having knowledge of LoRa is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of LoRa technology, e.g., IoT systems, embedded systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in IoT, automotive, etc.
• Familiarity with C. C++, Pyton and Java languages
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
