We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager, IT Service Operation with over 5 years of experience in managing Large scale IT service operations (>60 IT Support Engineers). The ideal candidate must hold at least an ITIL Foundation certification and demonstrate expertise in project management, service delivery, and IT support functions. Familiarity with educational technology (edutech) and experience working in a defence environment are highly desirable.

Project Management:
• Lead and manage IT service desk projects from initiation to closure.

Service Operations:
• Oversee day-to-day IT service desk operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement service desk policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Manage and resolve escalated service desk incidents and requests.
• Analyse service performance metrics and implement improvements.

Team Management:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of IT service professionals.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding IT service projects.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Qualities We Value
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management or related roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects.
• Experience in an educational technology (edutech) environment is highly desirable.
• Experience working in a defense environment is highly desirable

The software developer is responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining existing C#.NET code for existing and future projects. Participates in the design and planning for new software features or solutions for existing coding problems and challenges.

• To design, build, and maintain a reusable and robust code using C#.NET for backend services.
• Design and implement database schemas, write complex queries, and optimize SQL database performance.
• To develop and maintain a responsive and user-centric front-end application using React and Javascript.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems. Familiarity with gRPC services for high-performance inter-service communication.
• Write unit and integration test to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in the team by suggesting and implementing process enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

This role demands expertise in bids management and overseeing the process from the tender phase to the tender award phase. To maintain consistent practice while also seeking balance with the customer experience, you will maintain awareness of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure conformance with policies and processes, while helping the team to stay productive and focused on the solution for the customer.

You will also take on a lead role, where you will lead a team and provide the technical leadership and ensuring that the execution of the sub-system assigned to you runs smoothly and efficiently. Where applicable, you will guide the team on common and/or standardised methodologies, particularly where there are collaborative works with external parties. • Perform design & implementation of software system projects that define the architecture, components, interface & other characteristics of an application.
• Conduct user requirements, application development, system integration, deployment as well as troubleshooting.
• Conduct testing to evaluate the attribute or capability of the software & determine that it meets the expected results.
• Perform quality assurance & ensure the software meets customers' expectations.
• Cooperate with leads from the various products offering to define solutions for your sub-systems
• Handle and manage the technical budgets with the goal of solution delivery within parameters.
