PURPOSE OF POSITION:

The IT Support Officer will ensure the integrity and stability of in-house ICT systems that support key organisational functions across the client business. You shall play an integral role in supporting the Finance and Administrative functions of SingAREN. You will be involved in Finance, Membership & Contracts, HR, and other administrative activities of SingAREN.

Finance

· Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable (billing to customers, follow up on customers’ payments, process payments to vendors)

Overview and Objective of the Position

Reporting to the Centre Manager on administration matters, this is a dedicated internal and external client service role. This job involves paperwork documentation and filing, engagement with parents, interactions with the children and working co-operatively with all team members

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly forms such as teachers and students’ attendance form, sign in/out forms, school bus attendance forms, etc.
• Facilitate in recruitment process, preparation of employment contracts and other HR related correspondences
• Support application of employment work passes for foreigners
• Perform data entries, record day to day financial transactions
• Issue monthly invoices and receipts
• Assist parents in the purchase of merchandise such as uniforms, caps, books, etc
• Administrative work (sales, collection of fees, and collection of forms) and upkeep of centre premises.
• Conduct stock-taking and restocking of supplies such as merchandise and stationery
• Conduct daily health checks on the children upon arrival when necessary
