Roles & Responsibilities:

• Training Coordination: Coordinate and manage logistics for training programs, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant registration.
• Participant Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for participants, addressing inquiries and providing information about training programs.
• Administrative Support: Oversee day-to-day administrative functions related to training operations. Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant feedback, and other relevant data.
• Event Planning & Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event outcomes. Foster positive relationships with trainers and facilitators, ensuring a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Training Evaluation: Gather and compile feedback from trainers to continually enhance training programs. Analyze training evaluations to gather insights for improvement. Provide reports on training effectiveness and make recommendations for enhancements

Requirements:

This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional communication abilities. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking an organized Training Coordinator to join our team. As a Training Coordinator, you will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and delivering training programs for our learners.

• Scheduling and coordinating training sessions, including arranging for trainers and training materials.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs by collecting and analyzing feedback from learners and trainers.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date training records, including attendance, feedback, and completion of training programs by the learners.
• Ensures that training programs comply with all relevant regulations and standards, including safety regulations and industry-specific requirements.
• Engaging new trainers and seeking new relevant courses through market research
• Ensure timely response to trainers’ and learners’ enquiries and quotations.
