All Teaching Materials and Training will be provided.

Working hours: Part-time basis and timing to be discussed during interview. Classes are usually conducted on weekdays afternoon/evening and weekends during the day. Start in Mar/Apr.

Job Description

• Delivering lessons in accordance with StarChamps's curriculum for students between pre-Primary to Secondary level, using various teaching methods to ensure a high quality of learning
• Marking students' work and going the extra mile for weaker students
• Classroom administration
• Completing student progress reports for students each term
• Establishing and maintaining good relationships with students and parents
• Providing term updates to parents on students’ performance and progress
• Create and maintain a safe and conducive learning environment for students, safeguarding their safety and health at all time

Job Requirements

• A Degree in any discipline (Preferably related to English/Creative Writing
• Minimum 1 yr of teaching experience in English/Creative Writing
• Must have the passion to teach
• Has to be comfortable with use of technology in class
• Able to teach secondary level will be a plus
• Can commit for until end of November

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to potential/current customers, students, parents and guardians.
• Ensure the satisfaction of customer needs in the best possible way.
• Respond to customers in person or through the telephone and emails
• Ensure proper student registration process and management.
• Collect registration, tuition fees and update student account.
• Maintain stock of books and uniforms on a monthly basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Candidates without experience will be considered.
