Responsibilities :

• Main administrator on company's in-house training
• Assist, monitor and measure completion of e-learning
• Pre & post training operation, including arrange schedule, prepare courseware, coordinate with relevant parties, issuance of certificate
• Liaise with caterer, venue vendor, supplier, procurement
• Liaise & submission on travel allowance, training expenses with Finance team
• Collaborate with marketing team on company training activities to post on social media

Requirements :

• Candidates with ACTA/ ACLP is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of training administrative experience
