Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our training department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to promote our training programs to clients, enhance brand awareness, and drive enrolment. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and a strong understanding of seniors' needs to ensure effective outreach and program participation.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve enrolment targets for training programs.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their needs.
- Promotion and Campaigns
- Create and manage digital and offline marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, and print materials.
- Design promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, etc in-house
- Organize events, webinars, or open house sessions to promote training courses.
- Content Creation
- Develop engaging and relevant content for social media, websites, and other platforms to promote courses.
- Write blog posts, case studies, and success stories showcasing the impact of training programs.
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the training team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Analytics and Reporting
- Prepare reports on marketing activities and effectiveness, suggesting improvements where necessary.
- Budget Management
- Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Negotiate with vendors for printing, advertising, and event-related services.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma Holder or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-years work experience in marketing, preferably in the education or training sector.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skill
