Position Overview:

A Training Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing training programs within an organization. Responsibilities:

2. Establish Training System:

• Develop and improve onboarding training, job skill training, and management development modules.
• Establish training policies and processes to ensure standardisation and compliance.

3. Organise Training Activities:

• Design and implement internal training courses and organise seminars or training programs with external experts.
• Manage the entire course process, including coordinating training resources and providing logistical support.

4. Content Development:

• Research and update training materials (such as manuals, PowerPoint presentations, and videos).
• Introduce external high-quality resources to enrich course content and ensure practicality and innovation.

5. Project Training Effectiveness:

• Track training effectiveness and use data analysis to evaluate learning outcomes, suggesting improvements.
• Submit regular training reports to support decision-making for developers.

6. Employee Development and Corporate Culture Promotion:

• Develop personalized development plans and identify and nurture high-potential employees.
• Promote corporate culture through activities and enhance training efforts.

Requirements:

• ** Applicable to Singaporeans only due to quota limitations
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Human Resources Management, Education, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant training management experience, preferably in the food service, retail, or internet industries.
• Familiar with building training systems and project management processes.
• Capable of independently designing and implementing high-quality training programs, with experience in developing training materials.
• Proficient with modern training tools and technologies (such as online learning platforms, data analysis tools).
• Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English, with the ability to independently create bilingual training materials.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong cross-departmental communication, with good leadership and execution skills.
• An understanding of employee psychology and learning behaviours, with the ability to design efficient learning solutions.
• Experience in successfully implementing training projects or having received relevant honors.
• Familiarity with corporate culture development and high-potential employee cultivation methods.
• Possession of relevant training certifications (such as CIPD, TTT, etc.).
• Positive working attitude and a ready smile
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Singaporean / Singapore PR preferred
• Minimum 21 years old with Polytechnic Diploma, GCE 'A' level Certification or Bachelor Degree in any field, as per MAS requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in enrolling staff for training based on organisation/department needs and staff development plans. Follow through the whole registration process from registration to course confirmation to actual attendance to invoice processing and payment, and government grant application if applicable
• Coordinate with vendors to arrange catering services for training sessions.
• Communicate with vendors to arrange the printing of course handouts before the training.
• Provide on-site training support, including tasks such as taking attendance and setting up the training venue.
• Generate post-course evaluation reports following the completion of training sessions.
• Manage the preparation and distribution of training certification.
• Process invoice payment and staff claims.
• Maintain training supplies, tools and equipment.
• Maintain and update course catalogue and staff training records in the Learning Management System.
• Assist with other training administration and logistical matters as required or requested.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or ITE Higher Nitec qualification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and meticulous in work.
• Good interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels.
• Good written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and advise others clearly.
