Position title : Junior Marine Surveyor

Working Location: Islandwide [On ship]

Working Days: 5 Day A Week

Working hours : 0830 hrs to 1730 hrs [Prepared to work irregular hour due to ship schedule/Public Holiday]

Salary : Basic $2500 excluding overtime (During peak period OT at least 20 hours) + Allowance depends after probation

Job Scope

To attend / carry out various types of survey on board ship and sites on cargo, cargo measuring equipment and marine related activities.

To perform marine survey onboard vessels and cargo inspection on sites in order to assess and report on their condition for insurance claim.

To verify the equipment onboard vessel to ensure compliance with various standards or specifications.

Job Description

• Assist Driver to check shipment and perform delivery to multiple locations
• Assist Warehouse Activity i.e. packing and picking whenever completed deliveries
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Able to carry heavy load.
• Able to work on Saturday and Support on off-day / public holiday when required.

• Prepare monthly financial dashboards for senior management, highlighting actual results and comparing them to forecasts/budgets.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with business stakeholders to incorporate initiatives and assumptions.
• Proactively identify and communicate the business impact of analysis, simplifying and presenting complex issues to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the finance team on process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of finance operations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of financial planning and analysis experience.
• Strong skills in analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with expertise in financial modelling.
