REPORTING : You will report to the Centre Manager and/or Supervisor of the outlet or any other person assigned by the Management from time to time
Responsibilities
1. Prepare healthy nutrition meals and create new menus that suit the needs of the customers using fresh ingredients, in every quarter in a year
2. Write the recipes and get ready the recipe protocol in the kitchen
3. Conduct training and demonstration on how to prepare natural foods, if required
4. Get ready if the management send you for the training
5. Work together with all the kitchen staffs
6. Maintain records, places necessary order instruction and make sure that the food safety standard is adhered
7. Strictly follow and adhere to the budget of the kitchen, by ensuring that supplies and/or orders are in line with the budget and supervising food and labor cost(s)
8. Monitor and maintain stock levels so as to place orders for supplies as at when due
9. Minimize the wastage and spoilage of ingredients and other food items
10. Enforcement of hygiene regulations and upkeep of the kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standard & ensure that the kitchen is well organized at all time
11. Be ready for the ad-hoc activities
Requirements
With food preparation skills, food safety, sanitation, menu development, purchasing, nutrition and customer services skills.
Passion in natural food preparation with emphasize on organic, whole or raw foods.
