Job Role & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design, research, development, and production of high-quality lesson materials for children that are in line with centre's teaching philosophy
• Effectively utilise teaching materials to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment
• Mark and grade students’ assignments with value-added feedback
• Create weekly lesson plans consisting of student worksheets and teacher resources
• Work with teachers to implement curriculum
• Teach, coach, and support children; nurturing their enthusiasm towards learning
• Assess work, provide appropriate feedback and track the progress of children
• Work collaboratively with parents to ensure that children are supported in their learning journeys
• Build strong relationships with parents through close communication
• Participate in curriculum development

Responsibilities:

• Provide support and record in accounts for all documentations in relation and accordance to the invoicing and receipt of payment of debtors
• Perform accounts payable transactions including booking and reconciliation of debit card purchases against bank statement.
• Handling a full set of accounts, including timely and accurate monthly financial reports.
• Provide support in handling daily financial transactions. including payment master listings and ensure the payments are recorded on a daily basis
• Provide support in reconciliation of monthly bank statements and other reconciliations as required.
• Provide support in preparation of GST submission
• Prepare of audit schedules and compiling the supporting documents as requested by auditors or by management
  Assist with other ad-hoc finance-related projects

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting or any related discipline
• Candidates with 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting.
• Experience in using Quickbooks will be an added advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Exhibit a positive personality and passion towards work
• Able to work independently and a good team player
