Duration: 6 Months Contract
Location: Pioneer
Working hours: 8.30am to 5.45pm (Mon to Thur), 8.30am to 5.15pm (Fri)
- Assist in day-to-day operational and administrative require matters, including but not limited to:-
- Assist with faculty recruitment including coordinating campus visits
- Compiling and verifying necessary documents require for new appointments, reappointments, promotion and tenured in a timely manner
- Handle researcher hiring and contract renewal related matters
- Screening and or bundle of resumes as needed
- Facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage general administrative tasks as required
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirement
- Degree/Diploma in any field with prior HR experience
