Join our team as an AV technician and take charge of operating and managing AV and video conference (VC) systems for a range of virtual and physical events. From ensuring seamless setups and tests to conducting preventive maintenance and producing maintenance reports, you'll play a vital role in keeping our clients’ AV systems running smoothly. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to building, mechanical, and electrical maintenance tasks.

The primary scope of technicians will be the AV and video conference (VC) systems. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• To operate and run day-to-day AV and VC systems for virtual and physical events.
• Plan and manage the schedule for multiple events (including multiple-day events) to ensure setup and tests are done at least 30 minutes before the event begins.
• Responsible for ensuring AV and VC systems are in good working condition by conducting predictive and preventive maintenance and daily, weekly, and monthly routine inspections of equipment.

This is a 1 Year contract (Extendable / Convertible) role. They are located in Buona Vista – Walking distance from the MRT station.

5 days work week - Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 5.30pm)

Duties

• Managing delivery of laboratory supplies from Suppliers and to Customer’s stockrooms and points-of-use
• Perform goods receipt in ERP systems upon receiving of these laboratory supplies
• Be reactive to stock level adjustment and provide feedback whenever stock is low.
• Stock check of inventory supply ensuring products are not expired and at recommended stock level.
• Execute verification, calibration, and preventive maintenance (PMs) using in-house Metrology Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Coordinate and manage external third-party (3P) vendors for various services such as calibration, PM, qualification, and repairs
