Job Description Summary
The incumbent will take on an active role in evaluating, enhancing, and consistently refresh the IT/Engineering curriculum design to integrate technology and pertinent educational resources.
Key Job Accountabilities
- Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance
- Review, design and regularly update IT/Engineering curriculum to integrate current technology and relevant learning tools
- Develop, conceptualize and refine storyboards, transforming them into dynamic interactive content and comprehensive training materials
- Design, develop and update e-learning content that cater to diverse learning needs
- Conduct & facilitate training sessions on a weekly basis
- Develop courseware testing and evaluate courseware based on the approved storyboard
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Possess Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) certification.
- Diploma in Electronics Electrical Engineering / IT.
- At least 2 – 5 years working experience in Curriculum Design, Instructional Design, Content Development and Training practices.
- Working knowledge with Dreamweaver, Flash, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML 5 and rapid content creation tools will be advantageous.
- Candidate should have great interpersonal communication and presentation skills and is a team player.
