Job Responsibilities:

• Management of Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) account of overseas customers and domestic customers.
• Generate New Sales & complete responsibility for all assigned NVOCC account for their requirements on all trade lanes and basic follow up calls.
• Active participation in the end-to-end sales process involving proposal/quotation/BAF notice/ Rate Negotiation / Closing spot Ad hoc rates
• Provide FCL & LCL Sea freight quotations to overseas customers and domestic customers.
• Generate Sales for the company under Freight Forwarding Division.
• Ensure timely rate updates and market tendency communication with all parties involved.
• Good regular customer account in hand to secure business .
• Collect market feedback and work closely with Pricing / Procurement Team
• Deal with liner on slot operators around Singapore .
• Offer solution to agent for shipment /space , all matters related to shipment .

Job Requirements:

• Must have in-depth knowledge about the Singapore & Far East market of freight forwarding industry.
• Candidate must have at least 5 years working experience in the field of Logistics & Freight Forwarding / Shipping Company
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and scheduling of staff training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Ensure that required training is finished on time by keeping track of employee training records.
• Assist in managing and administering the business's insurance plans and serve as the main contact for all insurance-related issues, including corporate and employee coverage.
• Communicate with insurance companies to guarantee that all corporate and employee-related policies are current, to resolve any problems, and to guarantee efficient policy administration.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or a related field.
• Experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably with exposure to L&D, insurance, or HR-related tasks.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to generate professional minutes of meeting and presentations.
