• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and skill gaps, aligning programs with business objectives
• Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and assessments
• Conduct engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for employees, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill-building
• Facilitate onboarding programs to help new hires integrate seamlessly into the organization
• Assess training effectiveness through surveys, tests, and performance metrics, using insights to improve future sessions
• Plan, coordinate, and manage the company’s training calendar to ensure timely delivery of programs
• Oversee training budgets and collaborate with external training providers or consultants as needed
• Keep abreast of industry trends, learning technologies, and best practices to ensure training programs remain innovative and relevant

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Ability to design and develop training materials that cater to diverse learning styles
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for developing others

Responsibilities

• Primary role - Play videos and music on laptop during events (weddings/corporate/games)
• Secondary role - Able to take photos + videos and create reels will be an added advantage
• Set up and pack up audio equipment before and after event
• Assist events organiser or host in ad-hoc duties
• Transport will be provided if event ends late

Requirements:

• Preferably someone with prior audio-visual/sound experience. If not, training will be provided
• Social media experience will be an added advantage
• Able to commit on weekends and weekdays (occasional weekdays only, mostly in the evenings)
• Looking for someone who can commit on a long term part time basis
