Key Responsibilities

• Planning and teaching of lessons according to the school’s curriculum.
• Manage classroom and oversee students to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.
• Mentor and provide support to the Teaching Assistant.
• Develop individualized teaching methods for special needs students & IEP writing.
• Create educational content (notes, summaries, assignments, etc.) according to the school's latest protocol.
• Fulfill administrative responsibilities (Report writing, attendance record, test marking, etc.).
• Carry out special duties (e.g., outdoor recreation area monitor, extra-curricular activities, holiday camps, school fairs, open houses).
• Attend parent-teacher meetings and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders of the classroom/ school.
• Maintain, adhere to, and be up to date with Edutrust processes and systems.
• Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending professional training at the school.
