Course administration, management and efficient logistical support

1. Monitor and process course applications from Training Management System and assist in updating course information into the system to ensure the smooth course registration process.
2. Prepare the necessary documentation for commissioning of internal and external trainers so that lecturers / trainers are timely appointed
3. Arrange all the logistics to ensure the smooth and successful running of the programmes /coursesUpdate of courses databases to ensure course/programme information is complete and could be collated when needed
4. Prepare evaluation report after course ended and issuance of eCertificate to course participants
5. Follow-up on outstanding matters after the courses/programmes to ensure good customer service delivered

Requirements

• A recognized Degree in any related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in administration and training support operation
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office Application

Scope of Work

· Provide administrative support to the master’s programmes with admissions processes

· Coordinate, schedule and administer admissions interviews and scheduling

· Provide post-interviews administrative support

· Assist to coordinate and schedule overseas coffee chats

· Assist to answer general enquiries on programmes and application process

· Assist to execute outreach campaigns, event publicity, content creation and video production

· Assist to update presentations, and other documents where required

· Provide logistical and onsite support at events such as fairs, exhibitions, masterclass, information sessions, webinars, coffee chats, yield events, organisation presentation

Requirements

· Degree in any field, Business or Marketing major is preferred

· Minimum of 2 years relevant experience is preferred

· Process-oriented mindset

· Organised and meticulous with attention to details

· Excellent organisational and time management skills

· Strong in communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills

· Digital literacy in Office and knowledge in cloud software is advantageous
