• Working Location: Bugis (5 mins walk from MRT)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon – Fri (1 pm – 10 pm), Sat (1 pm – 5 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential students to sell courses offered by the college.
• Understand the college courses and their unique selling points to effectively communicate them to prospective students.
• Build and maintain relationships with students and their families.
• Attend promotional events like open days or education fairs to represent the college.
• Work with the college admissions team to make sure sold courses turn into enrolments.
• Handle questions or concerns from prospective students about the courses.
• Report on sales activities and results to the college management.
• Stay updated on new courses offered by the college to sell them effectively.
• Work closely with education agents and partners to increase course sales.

Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc.)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Job Requirements:

- Decent Typing Speed and Computer Skills

- Polite, Patient and Calm Personality

- Able to Commit for Minimum of 1 Year

- Poly & University Fresh Graduates are welcome, no experience required

Salary:

- $2,300 - $3,000/Month + CPF

(Depending on Qualifications & Work Experience)

- Attractive Monthly Team Bonuses ($200-700/month)

- Looking at about $2,500 - $3,700/Month or more after incentives

- Clear Salary Progression, Annual Salary Review (Minimum 10% Increase)

Working Hours:

- 4 Weekdays, 1 Weekend OR 3 Weekdays 2 Weekend

(Working days of your choosing & mutually agreed with the company)

- 9.00am - 6.30pm
