• Assist supervisors in reviewing and ensuring the quality of team members' deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience, with a proven track record of at least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager.
• Extensive experience in project leadership and management, with proficiency in project management methodologies, techniques, and tools.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CITPM) is preferred.
• Experience in business process management, especially in human resources, finance, or procurement administration, is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and structured project development methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal, conflict management, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently.
