• Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer care teams to design and execute product training initiatives for the SAP region.

• Deliver top-tier training through a balanced mix of digital and in-person sessions, reducing the dependency on costly onsite workshops.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Education, Training and Development, or a Master's Degree in Organizational Development, Educational Leadership, or a related field is required.
• Certification as a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) is a an advantage
• Proven experience in leading and developing a product-related training department or provider within a cross-cultural setting.
• Strong expertise in adult learning principles and e-learning methodologies.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in training management, corporate education, or a related field.
• Experience in medical device industry will be a plus point
