Job Description:

We are looking for passionate teachers to conduct engaging chess lessons to educational institutions and our chess center. We value candidates who are ready to absorb and learn, with a commitment to upskilling and continuous education. Chess experience is a bonus, but not necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-class teaching to a group of 5-40 students of different skill levels and ages.
• Plan and execute lesson catered to the needs and level of class.
• Teach chess concepts and strategies accurately and proficiently.
• Foster a positive and nurturing environment for students to facilitate the learning of chess.
• Communicate with students, teachers, and parents effectively regarding progress, goals or assistance.

Good to have:

• Any educational background
• Any background in chess, solid understanding of rules and theory of chess.
• Experience in teaching or chess coaching will be a plus.
• Any FIDE certifications or chess achievements are a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15- 50 hours per month

• Location: Lakeside MRT station (Jurong west)
• Working hours: 5.5 Days | Mon – Fri 830am to 3pm (Required to support 3 Weekdays nights 6pm to 9pm) + 1 weekend morning. 830am to 1pm.
• Salary: $2000-$2500

Responsibilities:

• To assist the Clinic Manager and ensure operational efficiency of the clinic.
• Perform front desks duties – registering patients, answering phone-calls, dealing with enquiries and assisting doctor's needs.
• Cashiering duties – payment collection, filing relevant claims, bookkeeping.
• Clinical duties – assisting clinical tasks like ECG, nebulizer, dressing, minor surgical procedures, triaging.
• Inventory – Maintain adequate supplies and functionality of consumables, medications, stationery, medical equipment. Stock taking and organization of stock.
• Maintenance of clinic's cleanliness and appearance.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as clinic assistant will be an advantage

Piping Design Engineer

Salary Range: $2500 - $3500

Working Days: Mon - Fri (8:15 am–6 pm)

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Team in execution of the project
• Collaborate with the project team to assist in the design and development of Fire Protection System & Modular Skids
• Generate and update technical documentation.
• Prepare & develop system P&ID and conceptual general arrangement drawings
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Attend meetings on coordination & progress matters.
• Prepare drawings with AutoCAD/Solidwork
• Responsible in hydraulic calculation & reports.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering or Equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field
• Proficient in CAD software (3D SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.)

• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance
• Perform routine check, system back-ups & restoration, troubleshooting and upgrading / improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning of BMS/DCS/PLC/SCADA System
• Record servicing & maintenance data and generate service report
• Provide Technical / Operational guidance, engineering solution to the Maintenance Site Facility Management
• Others ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge on BMS / PLC / HVAC will be a plus point
• Training provided for those without/lesser experience
