Job Description

We are looking for team players who want to create an impact on the employment and employability of jobseekers and working people. As an e2i Specialist, you will be involved in the creation, development and delivery of employability programmes. The role requires you to reach out and work closely with jobseekers. You need to forge strong partnerships with training partners and internal teams, putting together solutions to close skills and job-matching gaps.

• Coordinate and organise training interventions for all profiles of jobseekers and workers.
• Roll out and evaluate workshops to close employment and employability gaps.
• Conduct reviews of and track interventions on a regular basis, propose and implement changes.
• Collaborate with training partners and internal teams to create awareness and roll out e2i employability programmes and solutions.

• Able to relate to all levels of jobseekers/working people and cultivate strong relationships with partners.
• Strong project management skills in conceptualization, implementation, evaluation and engagement with stakeholders.
• Experience project management and programme development will be advantageous.
• Flexible to accommodate to adjusted work schedules, evenings, and weekends when required to serve workers / jobseekers needs; in which time off will be offered.
