Job Purpose:

The psychologist is expected to provide a full range of evidence-based and best practices in psychological services to students including conduct psychological assessments, deliver interventions and manage crisis situations. You are also function as a member of the allied professional team to collaborate with stakeholders, maintain professional and ethical standards, undertake research and continuous improvement and uplift professional practice of psychology in education.

• Possess a Masters in Applied Psychology/ Clinical Psychology from an accredited university and be registered/eligible for registration with SRP or an equivalent professional body.

• Schedule ongoing WSQ training for workers who have completed 3 months of employment in according to NEA/job requirements
• Source for training providers and register employees for courses
• Communicate training details to the Manager/Supervisor and ensure they attend the mandatory training
• Ensure all employees must have Singpass for taking e-attendance prior to attending training.
