Client Engagement & Development

• To meaningfully engage, teach, train, supervise, maintain and develop the functioning level of clients to function adequately and independently in the following areas:

• Activities of Daily Living
• Home Living Skills
• Community Living & Mobility Skills
• Social and Recreational Skills
• Work Readiness Skills

Client/Trainee Management & Development

• Formulate and implement Individual Learning Programme (ILP) through professional assessment
• Engage in continuous assessment, training and evaluation of trainees’ holistic development
• Plan and Implement appropriate group activities
• Plan, implement and monitor trainees’ security and safety procedures

 Support Allied Health Professionals

• Monitor and implement programmes designed by Allied Health Professionals in the area of health fitness & wellness programme, motivational & behaviour management plans as well as sensory awareness
• Communicate critical information to Social Worker and Centre Manager

 Administrative & Operations

• Support unit operational and logistics management
• Ensure centre/trainees safety and security
• Update of  clients’/trainee’s daily attendance and participation in activities, events and programmes in various client management system platforms
• Engage in caregiver dialogue sessions, home visits and maintain good rapport and communication with parents / caregivers
• Attend staff meeting and training as required

 Event Management

Staff will be assigned to oversee at least one of the following duties and will provide assistance to the other staff when required:

Camp, Festive Celebrations, Sports Events, First Aid & Medicare, Evacuation & Emergency Planning Team, Transport Duties, Staff Welfare and others

• Organise internal/external events and activities for trainees
• Support volunteer engagement events
• Support public education activities
• Support MINDS events at organisation level

Primary Job Role and Responsibility:

1. Strategic Business Development:
   • Identify and cultivate business opportunities within the advanced manufacturing sector
   • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, skills demand and gaps in the industry
   • Implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase training adoption.
2. Client Relationship Management
   • Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturing companies, industrial associations, and training providers
   • Serve as the primary contact for customers’ inquiries, offering support and addressing concerns.
3. Training Programme Development
   • Collaborate with Institute of Higher Learning (IHLs) and industry training providers to develop tailored training programmes to address specific client needs.
   • Review training content to ensure that it is relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards and emerging trends
   • Monitor the performance of training programme and manage client feedback to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

- Min 3-4 years of relevant experience

· Skills and experience in business development, marketing and customer management relevant to advanced manufacturing and industrial training sector

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and data

· Excellent communication, negotiation, teamwork skills, with effective industry engagement capabilities

Assistant HR Manager (Operations and Learning Development)

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant HR Manager (Operations and Learning Development) to join our HR team. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about driving operational excellence through standardized processes, while also fostering employee growth through effective learning programs. You will be instrumental in establishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the organization and leading initiatives that promote continuous learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management & SOP Development

• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for company-wide HR and operational processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
• Collaborate with department heads to map, document, and standardize business processes.
• Continuously review and update SOPs to align with best practices and organizational changes.

2. Learning & Development Strategy & Execution

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using metrics and employee feedback, and continuously optimize training initiatives to align with organizational needs.
• Leverage digital learning tools and the Learning Management System (LMS) to provide flexible and scalable training solutions.
• Identify learning needs in collaboration with department heads and ensure effective learning solutions are in place to bridge skill gaps.

3. HR Analytics for Operational Efficiency & Development

• Utilize HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of L&D programs, identify skill gaps, and assess the efficiency of operational processes.
• Develop data-driven insights that contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and learning initiatives.
• Monitor training participation and performance metrics to provide data-backed reports to senior management.

4. Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments to ensure effective implementation of SOPs and training programs.
• Communicate operational updates, process changes, and learning initiatives clearly and effectively to all employees.
• Work closely with senior leadership to understand strategic business objectives and develop learning solutions that align with those goals.

5. Team Management & Development

• Provide guidance and coaching to junior HR team members to build capabilities within the team.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization, encouraging staff at all levels to participate in development programs.
• Support the HR team in maintaining high performance, ensuring consistency in operations, and developing skills to meet evolving business needs.

6. Compliance and Continuous Improvement

• Ensure that all processes and SOPs comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance HR operations and employee experience.
• Conduct regular process audits to maintain high standards of compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR operations, learning and development, or a related HR role.
• Experience in designing and implementing company-wide SOPs.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, learning principles, and instructional design.
• Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data analysis tools.
