What You Will Achieve

The incumbent is a member of the Quality Assurance team. Under the supervision of the Senior QA Manager / Lead QA Specialist, the incumbent will be responsible for the following:

• Provide Quality Assurance oversight to site operations (primarily Production, Quality Control, Warehouse, Engineering) to ensure products produced are in compliance with Pfizer Quality Standards (PQS) and ICH guidelines.
• Work with supply chain and downstream / drug product sites to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
• Support regulatory team to file products and address regulatory queries in an accurate and timely manner.
• Understand regulatory expectations and support site inspection readiness.
• Drive quality culture and promote GMP compliant behaviours at the site.
• Drive improvement of quality systems in collaboration with cross functional teams.
• Contribute to achieve our vision of being best in class manufacturing site, producing highest quality products in the safest way.
• Deploy and use Imex "way of working" for day to day operations, problem solving, escalation and continuous improvements.

How You Will Achieve It

Responsibilities:

• Review and approve GMP documentation (e.g. GMP forms, protocols, reports, cleaning records, batch records, work instructions) to ensure their compliance with PQS.
• Disposition intermediates and active pharmaceutical ingredients (API).
• Support control and issuance of GMP controlled documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional team to prepare Annual Product Record Reviews, discuss trends and atypical observations and recommend improvement actions.
• Participate in process risk assessments (e.g. FMEA) as part of new product introductions and/or process changes.
• Support logistics for internal and external GMP inspections.
• Maintain inspection readiness and support inspections from regulatory agencies and customers. Actively participate in GMP walk downs to ensure site operation and facility maintained in inspection ready state and adhere to site procedures and PQS.
• Participate in gap analysis of site procedures against PQS and propose required actions to address identified gaps and mitigate risks.
• Maintain current quality tracking systems and quality metrics to proactively identify trends and atypical observations.
• Handle investigations according to site procedures (as required).
• Support the maintenance of validated state of GMP systems and processes.
• Uphold Pfizer's code of conduct and values.
• Play an active and impactful role in Tier processes by updating performance against metrics, highlighting & resolving issues, with appropriate escalations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive flawless execution.
• Actively participate in Safety initiatives, and perform investigation related to EHS (as needed).

Job Description:

Airbus Asia Training Centre (AATC) is looking to hire an administration professional for our Business Operations Department, on a 6-month contract. Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations in security, procurement and other support functions in ensuring the seamless execution and completion of processes within the department.

Responsibilities

• Administration:

  • Monthly invoice process from suppliers such as telcos, rental of printers, security services

  • Quarterly billing to Satair on security services rendered

  • Yearly IM SLA and any chargeback or project cost by Airbus Helicopters Southeast Asia

  • Ad hoc billing to Airbus Helicopter on maintenance services rendered

  • Forecasting quarterly expenses of IT and security and revenue of ATR Training Centre

  • Communication with Starhub telco for new mobile requirements, mobile distribution to staff and data roaming application as authorized personnel

  • Update and conduct Induction programme to new joiner on Business Operations department. Main objective to ensure new joiners are aware of the assembly point and evacuation routes.

• Security:

• Procurement:

  • To process all Purchase Request from Business Operations staff to Purchase Order

  • Ensure all supporting documents uploaded, PR raised are tally and justified. Any cost differences are to clarify with the requestor. Encourage staff to negotiate with suppliers on price differences.

  • To process New Vendor Requests (KYS). Ensure all documents provided are sufficient before applying to the SMDA team. Once approved, the vendor requests to forward to the finance team for the SAP creation process. 

  • Aging report from finance, to follow up with customers on payment. 

• Duty Manager:

  • To process Duty Manager monthly allowances

  • Ensure all DM processes and information required are provided for their duty. 

  • Conduct quarterly or semi annual meeting to discuss on past experience, process and feedbacks from both DM and staff

  • Open communication between DM and staff to understand both needs and challenges

Job Purpose:

Responsible for planning, developing, delivering and evaluating appropriate individualized educational services, learning programmes and instructions for special needs students in both self-contained and integrated settings in consultation with other school personnel.

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• NIE/ NTU qualifications of Diploma in Special Education (DISE), Diploma in Education (DipEd), Bachelor of Arts/ Science (Academic Disciple & Education) or Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) (either one)
• Diploma/ Degree from recognised Institutions with GCE ‘O’ level credits in English and Mathematics
• Prior experience with Students with Mid Intellectual Disabilities (MID) is preferred
• Specific subject knowledge, knowledge in special needs education and behaviour modification, Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Interpersonal skills, classroom management skills, takes Initiative, effective communication Strong in verbal and written English
• Prior experience handling Numeracy/ Literacy, WPLN, Science, HSR, SEL/ CCE and Vocational Guidance is an added advantage.

Job Purpose:

You shall be responsible for family/individual counselling, group work, assessment and recommendations for financial assistance and case management. Conduct casework and manage case consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

Individuals and Families

• Assess, plan and provide intervention for students/clients and their families in partnership with other professionals and school/ centre personnel when required.
• Provide progress and termination reports to ensure case management in accordance to the Case Management Review procedures where applicable.

Group Work, Therapy / Training

• Assess and provide training for teachers in working with students and their families.

Financial Assessment and Assistance

• Conduct professional assessment (information gathering, home visits) and recommend / apply for subsidy in consultation with relevant guidelines.
• Contact and refer students/ clients and their families to relevant agencies for assistance as deem appropriate after assessment.
• Work with community agencies in service delivery for students/ clients and their families.

Professional Consultation

• Provide consultation to teachers/ parents of services offered in the Social / Human Services sector. (I.e. VWOs, NCSS etc.).
• Provide consultation to teachers / parents and other professionals on relevant external systems such as social care, healthcare and legal etc. (i.e. general information on hospitals, welfare homes, courts etc.)
• Where appropriate and necessary, to assess the case and make suitable referrals.

Job Requirements:

• Degree and/ or Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work or equivalent from recognised universities.
• Must be registered with Singapore Association of Social Worker (SASW) Accreditation Board.
• Possess minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Possess experience working with persons with mild intellectual disabilities (MID).
• Patient, team player and able to co-create new content tailored for students/trainees with MID.
• Passionate, well organised, able to independently.
• Able to communicate with students, trainees, caregivers and associates of different culture/ backgrounds, preferably conversant in major local dialects (in order to provide consultation to local dialects speaking teachers, parents and students.)
