Job Scope

• Handle front desk works including answering phone calls, registration of patients, dispensing of drugs and collection of payment
• Provide Administrative support and scheduling appointments for patients
• Assist Doctors with minor procedure when required
• Maintain clinic's cleanliness and hygiene at all times
• Assist in maintaining and restocking inventory/supplies
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Min N/O/A Level
• Able to commit to the working hrs
• Computer savvy

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute teaching and research plans to ensure the enhancement and continuous improvement of teaching quality.
• Design and oversee the development of teaching courses and resources to meet students' learning needs and development goals.
• Manage and train the teaching team to ensure they possess necessary professional knowledge and teaching skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
• Three or more years of relevant work experience, with preference given to candidates with teaching management experience.
• Familiarity with educational theories and methods, with preference given to candidates with experience in educational research or teaching reform.

Working Hours:

• Monday: Off
• Tuesday to Friday: 1:30 PM to 7:30 PM
• Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing effective leadership and ensuring centre viability.
• Provide mentorship to this team of professional teachers and enable them to fulfill their aspirations.
• Overseeing and supporting educators in curriculum planning and professional development
• Working with educators to assess and document the learning and development
• Ensuring that the preschool operates in compliance with regulations, guidelines, and policies

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education or Degree in any discipline, with Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Strong knowledge in curriculum and pedagogy
