• Conduct ICT Service Technician and ICT Senior Technician training.
• Conducts HVT Training and Certifications as well to reduce TMD in RTC.
• Collaborate with inter-department to develop & deliver training to cover gaps in processes and procedures.
• Handles other Ad-Hoc training, events & needs e.g OBU installation training, technical campaign sharing & Technical Skills Competition, ICT Graduation Ceremony, Retail Standards Audit, Customer Care Event. etc.
• Monitoring & ensuring staff development and progress in certification within the stipulated period by 18 months.
• Any ad-hoc training administration duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in any engineering discipline
• Having attained ACTA/ACLP or 3-5 years of technical training experience, in automotive industry is an added advantage
• Exposure of technical training in continental brand

The Role

The Veeva OpenData Stewardship Training and Recruiting Specialist are responsible to manage a team of our contracted trainers and recruiters' team members. As the main contact point, the Training and Recruiting Specialist aims to communicate the best practice to the team by evaluating our current needs and practices, creating and delivering a training program that is complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources. Also, he/she will be a key driver in recruitment for the Data Steward teams and coordinates the innovations and process improvements of the Veeva OpenData Research Center department.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate a small team of contracted trainers and recruiters.
• Responsible for all aspects of the training for the OpenData Research Center department
• Identify training needs by evaluating data steward performance
• Build a Data Steward training program and prepare teaching plans
• Develop or oversee the production of instructional/training materials.
• Deliver training courses
• Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
• Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment for the OpenData Data Stewardship team
• Work with the Research center Manager to identify and define staffing needs.
• Design an end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to screening qualified talents
• Administer hiring platforms and contracts.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or training
• Fluent in English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Training Design of Training Development Projects

a) Designing and aligning Learner-centric Pedagogies into each Training Development project - using established templated framework, to meet the defined Learning Objectives.

a. Development of new Lesson Plans (LPs) and review of existing LPs to incorporate/align with the latest Lesson Objectives, Content and Methods of Instruction (MOI) required to meet the desired Training Outcomes.

b. Development of new Lesson Materials (LMs) and review of existing LMs to align with revised LPs in terms of the Lesson Objectives, Content and Methods of Instruction (MOI). New/reviewed LMs should be in digital/electronic form so that they can be loaded, archived, accessed and transmitted on the Authority's web-based Learning Management Systems (for online and classroom learning), and also be editable using software applications. LMs shall include (but not limited to) the following:

1. Instructional Resources and Aids
2. Reference Publications (excluding the Authority's SOPs, Safety Guides and/or as defined by the Authority)
3. Presentation Slides (with interactivity up to simple branching scenarios)
4. Formative Assessment Questions/Quizzes (using online/web-based applications or embedded into presentation slides)..
5. Training Videos
6. Lesson Notes and Handouts
7. Instructor/Facilitator's Guide
8. Assessment questions and scenarios/injects as well as assessment rubrics for Written & Oral Assessment Methods and Practical Assessment Methods and upkeep of the assessment question and scenario banks.

• Project Management

a. Manage and ensure the effective delivery of Training Development services to the clients. These include coordinating and schedule the Training Developers to fulfil the planned and ad-hoc training development services as required by the Authority. The detailed coordination arrangement or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) governing the programme management shall be developed by the Contractor and approved by the Authority for implementation.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or equivalent.
• Experience in developming a lesson plan (or equivalent) and drafting of document
• Developing training material such as slides and handouts and blended learning materials for eLearning
• Competency in instructional design with expertise in development. Experience in content development project management with experience in all phases of the instructional design processes
• Knowledge in IT systems
• Experience in Dreamweaver, Flash, Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate, Lectora and web page creation skills using HTML, XML and other web technologies
