Job Responsibilities

Project Delivery:

• You will partner with client sponsors/ leadership to shape the change vision and translate it into a change management strategy and are responsible for these change deliverables – change plan, change impact assessment, leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement and communications strategy, learning strategy, behavior change strategy, change effectiveness survey, business benefits realization, adoption and embedment strategy.

Business Development:

• You will partner with client sponsors/ leadership to shape potential areas of work where we can add value to our clients to solve their most pressing challenges. • Lead the development of client proposals that fulfils the clients’ needs; this may either be a pure talent-related proposal or be a part of a larger system implementation proposal. The ability to work with a much larger technical team is required.

Job Requirement

• Minimum of 10 years of change management and/or human capital consulting experience. Internal HR consulting or HR-related experiences would also be considered.
• Experience in other related areas such as Talent Management, Learning & Skilling, Operating Model & Organization Effectiveness (e.g. Organization Design, Culture Transformation, Leadership Effectiveness etc) is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Comfortable working with digital solutions in an information systems/technology-driven environment
