KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the Operation Manager in handling:

Estate and Facilities Management

• Liaising with contractors on estate maintenance work, improvement work and cleanliness of the school
• Adherence to Greengov.sg, APSN Safety, Health and Environment Audit, etc requirements.
• Logistical needs for school operations and events.

Maintaining security and safety of the school premises and property

• Locking and unlocking of classrooms/special rooms
• Arming and disarming of school

JOB REQUIREMENTS

What are the main responsibilities for this role?

Job Duties

1. Generate leads through marketing and networking on Chinese social media platforms
2. Conduct sales presentations to potential Chinese clients, including online and in-person meetings
3. Close deals to drive enrollment in our academic programs
4. Maintain accurate records of sales activity and progress in our CRM system
5. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and partners, manage external agencies and clients to boost sales
6. Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our services and build relationships with potential clients
7. Coordinate with finance staff for customer invoicing and bookkeeping
8. Handle enquiries, present our programmes, and match appropriate tutors and mentors.
9. Assist class schedules and feedback for students and tutors
10. Assist Customer support in invoicing and payments
11. Assist in marketing content curation for above and below-the-line marketing activities (Blog articles, Instagram, TikTok, Videos, Website, Brochures, WeChat, Xiaohongshu)
