• Nitec/ITE related in marine or Diploma in Nautical, Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering or Marine related from a local polytechnic/private institution.
• Experience onboard vessel will be an advantage.
• Prepare to work at irregular hours including Public Holidays due to ship schedule.
• Opportunity to travel overseas upon satisfactorily performance and skill.
• Successful candidate will be on six months' probation.

a) Conducting literature review

b) Supporting the implementation process of research study

c) Recording, analysing and evaluating data relating to the research study and stakeholder

engagement sessions

d) Providing support for syllabus implementation for schools

(a) Proficient in MS Office

(b) Preferably with experience in his/her undergraduate studies in these areas:

• Literature review

• Psychology research

Job Descriptions:

• Publicity Support
  Manage and track campus publicity, i.e. upload digital ads, monitor event dates and schedule the prompt refresh of ads
• Events Management
  Support with pre-event preparation and actual day event, as required.
• General Administrative Support
  Provide support for various administrative tasks, including coordination with other departments as needed.

Period: 1 year contract

Location: Clementi

Working Hours: 3 days/week, 8 hours/day

Salary: $14/hr

Job Requirements:

• Minimum diploma or degree holder with Communications and Marketing experience.
• Strong administrative experience with the ability to communicate clearly via emails to internal stakeholders.
  • Some experience in events preferred but not a requirement.
  • Responsible team player.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good time management.
