About the team you are joining

Reporting to the Regional Head of Sales Asia Pacific, the (Senior) Manager Industry Solutions – Training will be responsible for selling and promoting IATA training products/services to defined customer categories and prospects. What your day would be like

• Plan and execute sales activities for IATA Training products in coordination with the Regional Head of Sales Asia Pacific, meeting the revenue target(s) and acquiring new customers. This will include account management, securing extensions of existing deals/renewals, and up-/cross-selling with existing customers. Adjust as necessary with a changing environment.

Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp...etc)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort!)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criterias

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Job Requirements:

- $2,300 - $3,000/Month + CPF

(Depending on Qualifications & Work Experience)

- Attractive Monthly Team Bonuses ($200-700/month)

- Looking at about $2,500 - $3,700/Month or more after incentives
