Developers to design and deliver engaging learning to our clients. The TD Manager leads the team to help

the clients define their staff’s competency needs, design the corresponding learning and assessment

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training & Placement Manager to lead our training and placement operations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the SkillsFuture Framework and a proven track record in managing training programs, developing industry partnerships, and driving successful job placements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Training Program Management:

o Design, implement, and oversee training programs aligned with the SkillsFuture Framework.

o Ensure curriculum relevance by staying updated on industry trends and government policies.

o Manage course accreditation processes and compliance requirements.

· Placement & Career Development:

o Build and maintain partnerships with employers and industry stakeholders.

o Develop job placement strategies and manage placement drives.

o Provide career counseling and mentoring support to program participants.

· Business Development & Stakeholder Engagement:

o Identify business growth opportunities and collaborate with external partners.

o Establish and nurture relationships with SkillsFuture Singapore and other regulatory bodies.

· Operational Leadership:

o Lead a team of trainers and support staff.

o Oversee budgets, KPIs, and reporting metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field. A postgraduate degree is advantageous.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in training and placement, with specific experience related to the SkillsFuture Framework.

· Strong network within the training and employment sectors.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Description

The duties and responsibilities of a Teacher shall include the following but not limited to:

1. Plan, prepare and deliver lessons
2. Tailor and apply pedagogy that may attend to different learnings of the students
3. Evaluate and provide feedback on students’ performance via assignments and assessments
4. Monitor students’ social development through counselling and working with parents
5. Work with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. parents) to ensure meeting the pastoral and cognitive needs of the students
6. Apply sports science techniques to manage CCAs in terms of Character & Leadership Development and planning training cycle schedules
7. Participate in departmental meetings, parents’ teacher meetings and any other school-wide training events
8. Any other duties assigned by the School

Job Requirements

• A good undergraduate degree in the relevant discipline
• Post-graduate Diploma in Education or equivalent will be an advantage
• Proficiency in the use of education technology or data analytics will be an advantage
• First aid/ CPR/ AED certification will be an advantage
• Passion to teach the age group of students from 13 to 18 years old
• Comfortable in working with highly talented and motivated students
• Possess good experience in indoor and outdoor competitive sports
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong team player
• This is an up to 2-year contract position (renewable)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Training

• Identify training needs through collaboration with department managers and employee feedback.
• Design, coordinate, and implement training programs to support employee development and business goals.
• Organize training logistics, including scheduling, materials preparation, and tracking attendance.
• Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback, providing regular progress reports to management.
• Maintain accurate training records to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Employee Relations

• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining confidentiality.
• Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives/activities to improve morale, retention, and workplace satisfaction.
• Assist in managing and resolving workplace conflicts through investigations and mediation.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
• Monitor and analyze trends in employee feedback to suggest improvements in workplace culture.

Education/Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in in training and/or employee relations roles. Experience designing training programs and handling employee issues is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies and employee relations practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

• Permanent Full Time
• Basic $2700 to $4400 + Shift allowances + Join Bonuses ($35,000)
• Working location: Island Wide, Singapore
• Permanent 12 hours shift (Morning / Night)
• Full Training Provided (Training allowances provided)

Job Responsibilities:

• Protection and Escorting: Provide protection and escort services for VIPs and business partners.
• Security Enforcement: Conduct security enforcement and screening duties to maintain a safe environment.
• Traffic and Crowd Control: Manage traffic flow, crowd control, and access control to ensure public safety and order.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
