• Works with engineering, sales, and ops staff to understand standard component fabrication techniques, standard composite materials to use, and current demands of our customers to formulate design details for the sales staff and our customers.
• Responding to requests for technical queries with detailed analysis of the building management system, planning of project schedule and execution.
• Handle ACMV related equipment controls including control logic programming
• Check and ensure all installations conform to project specifications, and be able to manage system applications, drafting, database generation and commissioning of the systems

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the F&B and/or Retail industry in a training capacity

As a Centre Supervisor, you will lead the operations of a special needs education center. Your leadership will ensure smooth daily operations, compliance, and the creation of a nurturing environment for students. You will collaborate with educators, parents, and external partners to deliver impactful programs and services.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Coordinate daily operations, including schedules, staffing, and attendance tracking (e.g., SCFA scheme support).
• Oversee student logistics, including arrivals, pick-ups, and safety compliance.
• Maintain classroom hygiene and safety standards.
• Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and behavior.
• Manage budgeting and event expenses, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
• Handle crises, conflicts, or incidents involving students, staff, or parents professionally.
• Utilize CRM tools (e.g., LittleLives) for efficient communication and data management.
• Conduct interviews and onboarding for educators and students.
• Support outreach efforts, including marketing and social media content creation.

Program & Event Coordination

• Organize volunteer programs, workshops, enrichment classes, and holiday activities.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders on event logistics and updates.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, MSF guidelines, and Special Education standards.
• Prepare compliance and activity reports.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years managing a Student Care Centre, Childcare Centre, or Kindergarten.
• Education: Polytechnic Diploma or higher in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or related fields.
• Skills:
  Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
  Effective communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
  Exceptional organizational skills to manage operations, events, and staff coordination.
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.
  Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Preferred Experience:

• Certifications:
  First Aid and CPR preferred.

• Prepare and produce various types of traditional Nyonya kuehs, including but not limited to ondeh ondeh, ang ku kueh, and kueh lapis.
• Maintain the authenticity and taste of kuehs.
• Measure, mix, and cook ingredients with precision to ensure consistency and quality.
• Operate and maintain kitchen machinery, including the Rheon machine, for tasks such as dough preparation, portioning, and filling insertion.
• Troubleshoot basic issues with machinery and escalate complex problems to the maintenance team.
• Conduct visual and taste checks to ensure kuehs meet company standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and adherence to food safety regulations.
