Responsibilities:

HR Scope:

• Drive the entire recruitment and selection process, from discovering top talent to conducting dynamic interviews and seamlessly onboarding new hires, setting them up for success!

Administration:

Requirements:

• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in HR and administrative roles, with a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Solid knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees across all levels.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail, and proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Location: Raffles Place

- Manage AML/CFT risk

- Analyze customer profiles and assess ML/TF risks.

- Recommend and implement risk mitigation plans.

- Process priority compliance requests and review Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR).

- Conduct Standard/Enhanced Customer Due Diligence reviews.

- Handle customer exit processes and stakeholder engagements.

- Track activity progress and update reports.

- Provide AML advisory support and participate in risk management projects.
