Responsibilities

• Plan, support and implement approved programmes and services of the DAC.
• Ensure that DAC rules pertaining to personal safety, work hazards and prescribed training procedures are adhered to by staff and clients.
• Maintain and develop proper system of administration of client’s ICP; attendance and training programme records; and other administrative records in accordance to the Programme Evaluation System / Best Practice Guidelines.
• Ensure the welfare of clients, referring any inappropriate client behaviour or welfare needs to the appropriate professional service for intervention.
• Liaise with parents/guardians of clients pertaining to the clients’ management.
• Ensure that volunteers are working towards the organizational interest, objectives and goals.
• Maintain good public relations and uphold the image of the Association.
• Work as a team and participate positively and actively to ensure quality service delivery that is in line with the mission, goals and objectives of the Association.

Requirements

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting operations in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a dedicated Training Management Executive to join our team and play a key role in supporting our Training & Management Department.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operational & Administrative Support: Assist the Training & Management Department with day-to-day operational tasks, helping ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage the Training Partner Gateway (TPG) Portal: Take charge of administering and managing the TPG Portal, ensuring smooth functionality, accurate data entry, and timely updates for training partners.

What We’re Looking For:

• Educational Qualifications: A minimum of a Diploma or O Levels and above.
• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant administrative or operational experience. A background in training or management support would be an advantage.
• Work Schedule: Enjoy a 5-day work week, including weekends (with off days on Mondays/Tuesdays or Thursdays/Fridays).

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute administrative processes for training to fulfill client requirements.
• Collaborate with department heads to analyze and enhance workflows for greater efficiency.
• Organize and coordinate training sessions, working with both internal teams and external vendors.
• Lead and manage a team of 15 training administrative staff.
• Oversee the daily administration of all training operations from start to finish.
• Compile and present monthly performance reports to management.
• Chair and lead discussions during monthly management meetings.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, operations management, data analytics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in customer service management, training/operations management, service planning, and process improvement with a focus on data analysis.
• Proven leadership capabilities to inspire and guide the team to ensure high performance and staff loyalty, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources to excel in their roles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to provide clear direction to the team, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage high-level escalations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess data from multiple sources, identify challenges, develop effective solutions, and recognize opportunities for improvement.
• Solid understanding of governance, performance management, project management, and experience overseeing smooth transitions from previous service providers.
