This role focuses on the planning and execution of education-related activities and events across the Asia Pacific region, including China and Japan. The position plays a key role in ensuring the delivery of impactful training programs and workshops that enhance the knowledge and skills of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Planning & Implementation:
  • Plan and execute educational events, including training sessions and workshops, in alignment with Business strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, internal teams, and external partners, to ensure seamless execution.
  • Streamline educational content in collaboration with the Education Manager.
  • Manage event logistics, such as venue selection, travel arrangements, and participant coordination.
• Program Oversight:
  • Oversee the implementation of educational initiatives to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
  • Monitor event budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution.
• Performance Evaluation & Improvement:
  • Collect feedback and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of educational programs.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and refine future initiatives based on insights gathered.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Science, life science or clinical /medical related subject
• Medical device and/or healthcare industry background preferred, not required.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in planning educational events or similar activities is an advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to converse in both English and Mandarin (Mandarin fluency is required for collaboration with China-based stakeholders).
• Experience in event management, including virtual and in-person logistics.
• Ability to review and interpret scientific research, particularly clinical studies, and summarize key insights.
• Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with stakeholders across different regions.
